There is nothing special about the right side of the X-750F, it looks the same as the left side but with no buttons or pad.

Here’s a couple more shots that show a bit more detail of the A4Tech X-750F mouse:

   

The bottom of the X-750F is where you’ll find the feet obviously, the laser sensor and a label with what the colors of the scroll wheel mean or which color corresponds to which DPI.

Here’s a couple close up shots of the label so you can read it better:

   

600dpi is actually with no color, or the LED is off, 800dpi is green, 1200dpi is yellow, 1600dpi is red/orange, 2000dpi is flashing red and yellow and 2500dpi is flashing green and yellow.
