Ok, no fancy packaging here at
all, just a silver box, with the product wrapped in bubble wrap.
 
The Car Charger with 4 USB Ports
and 1 Cigarette Socket is a rather large device, but it does seem
well made. It's four USB ports could come in handy for the plethora
of gadgets that most of use have, and since it includes a pass
through power port are well you won't lose the use of your cigerette
lighter if need be.
 
Installation,
Testing and Comparison:
I've got a 2007 Subaru Forester
and there several cigarette lighter style outlets in it, the one that
I use most often is of course right up front behind a little door.
Getting the Car Charger with 4 USB Ports and 1 Cigarette Socket
installed was a tight fit because of the door, but it went in.
There's another port inside the armrest as well where it wouldn't
fit, so due tot he size you'll need to find a port with a bit of
space around it.
 
It works fine, I charge my
cellphone and the pass through works as well.
There also an included user
replaceable fuse on the side in case you over power the unit, a nice
addition as many others do not have this feature.
Summary
and Comments:
There's not much to this product
really, it works and works fine. It offers more than enough USB ports
for charging for most people and if you need more you can just stick
another adapter in there.
It is a bit large so space or fit
might be an issue in some cars though...
