USB hubs are great to add more ports to
your computer, but most of them come with long cables and those that
don't are usually bulky and cumbersome making them hard to plug into
tight spaces, especially on laptops.
Today for review I've got the USB
2.0 4-port Hub with Fold-away Plug and extra Power input from our
friends over at USBFever, and it's actually a fairly cool little
product. It features a USB plug that rotates 315 degrees and also
revolves 90 degrees as well making it so that it will fit in the
tightest of situations. It even includes an extra USB power cord in
case you need to have more power for the devices you plug into the
hub that might need it. So continue on for a quick look at a simple
little gadget that actually works well...

Better Look at Things:
This USB hub comes in an easy open
plastic clamshell style package, you can see the hub on the front
along with specs and features listed on the front and back as well.
 
Opening the package we only find
the USB hub and a couple USB cables, for some reason a mini-usb cable
was in the pack, but there's no use for it...
 
The hub itself seems very well
made with an aluminum housing so it should withstand being tossed
around in your laptop bag or wherever.
 
The left side has two USB ports,
while the right has two more USB ports and the extra power cable
connection if you need the extra power.
 
The main USB connector can rotate
and revolve to fit most any situation.
 
Installation,
Testing and Comparison:
As for using it it works just like
and other USB hub, plug it in and then plug your devices into it.

It works comparable to any other
hub out there with noticeable speed differences, and it will allow
you to transfer data between the devices that are attached to the hub
if applicable.

The USB 2.0 4-port Hub with
Fold-away Plug and extra Power input works great, is well made and it
should make life easier for those that own a laptop, or even a
desktop.
It's a great little product that
can have many uses, and be very useful.
