USB Digital Thermo Clock With Air Purifier Review

Installation, Testing and Comparison

There is no installation, except finding a small space on your desk for it, and plugging it in. Of course you’ll want to set the clock and maybe the alarm as well, that is done very quickly and easily by pushing a few buttons. The display shows you the temperature, time, day of the week and the month and day of the month. The display is very large and easily readable, also the thermometer seems quite accurate, I set it next to another thermometer I use for testing purposes and the temperature was only a point or two differences, not full degrees, so not bad.

Pushing down on the top will activate the backlight for a few seconds, the backlight is very bright and really lights everything up.

Turning on the purifier is done with the switch I showed you earlier, when it is on the purifier will light up, and cycle through colors to let you know it is working, and it also makes no noise at all, it is completely silent when working to clean your air.

I really don’t know how to test an air purifier, I don’t exactly have any air quality instruments handy at the moment, so we will have to assume that it works. I know I can actually feel air coming out of the device and you can also smell it as well if you put your nose close it it, it sort of smells like static electricity (that’s the only way to describe it).

The entire thing is very convenient and looks rather unassuming, it will fit into most any office decor and not take up any more space than your coffee mug will. I’m a fan of things that save space as I always never seem to have enough of it for any of my things, having the calender, clock and temperature right there in front of me is actually very handy, normally I hover over the time in the task bar to get the date, which takes away from what I am doing, but now I can just look up and there it is. It’s just a cool little device that does more than you would expect.

As for receiving the wrong power adapter, well accidents happen, and really I wouldn’t use it anyway, the whole point is that it is USB powered isn’t it?

Also it does not have to be plugged into the computer at all time, the USB cable is only for when you want the use the air purifier, the batteries are for the clock and other functions.
