Connectland USB Mini Vacuum Review

A Better Look at Things

Ah, the packaging, the USB Mini Vacuum comes in my favorite sealed plastic clamshell that needs to be cut open to gain access to the product. We can plainly see the the vacuum itself and its’ retractable USB cord through the package.

The back of the package features a picture that points out all the buttons and features, there is also the list of specs and features as well.

Getting out my handy utility knife I make short work of opening the package! Upon opening the package we can get a better look at the USB Mini Vacuum, the retractable cord and we also find a brief instruction manual.

The retractable USB cable is your standard type basically, you need to pull both ends at the same time to extend it out. On one end there is the standard USB connection and the other end has a female power connection like those seen on most adapters out there today.

The USB Mini Vacuum reminds me of those Dustbuster vacuums that were very popular a few years ago. The silver and black color pretty much goes with anything and is stylish in it’s own way.

There’s not much to see on the bottom except the LED light that is there to enlighten your mess…

On the top the colors are actually broken used to identify the parts, the USB Mini Vacuum twists apart to empty the dirt out. The black section is the motor and the silver section is the dirt bin.

On the side we the operating buttons, there is a single button that is used for ‘Turbo’ mode and a slider that has three positions, On/ LED On/ Vacuum On. Underneath the slider switch is where you would plug the USB power cable in.

On the business end of the USB Mini Vacuum we find a black rubber head that is very flexible so you can get into small places to clean up. On top of that we find a retractable brush that can be used to help you clean more throughly.

Opening up the USB Mini Vacuum we get to see the filter and the dust bin. The filter does not seem to be removable easily, I tried and didn’t want to break it, I just use the brush end to clean it up a bit after using it.

The retractable cable is pretty long coming in at 100cm when extended, or a little over three feet long. Depending on where your USB ports are located this should be long enough for most people.

The Brando/Connectland USB Mini Vacuum is small in size and very portable, it also seems very well made and solidly built. As I mentioned the cord is fairly long for most any situation, and being it is retractable is nice as well for traveling and storage.

Can you see me whipping this out at Starbucks and cleaning up the sugar I spilled? That would be funny….
