The Noctua NF-A14 ULN fan is made for silence, there’s no doubt about that, at the stock 800 RPM you really won’t hear it, yet it will still provide good airflow to keep your system running cool.
Running at 650 RPM the NF-A14 ULN is pretty much silent, I don’t think you’ll find a quieter fan that can move the same amount of air really.
If I had a case full of these fans I think I would be in heaven as I want my case to be as quiet as possible but yet still keep things cool.
If low noise is a priority in your case build, then these are the fans you’re looking for.
Noctua has once again shown it knows how to design a fan with silence and efficiency in mind.
