Hey guys, Tom had some problems with his XBOX360 after the Spring Update but he found a fix for it, he wanted me to post it for everyone to read if they are still having problems…

 

After I ran the Xbox 360 Spring Update 2007, I lost the ability to get onto the Xbox Live Marketplace. The strange part was I was able to get onto multiplayer games and the auto download feature worked normally.

I contacted one of my friends and they had no problems with the marketplace after the update. At first I thought the problem was with my home network. So I spent some time re-entering IP and DNS addresses to no avail.

Today I stumbled onto the solution from the xbox.com forums. Thanks to XeZaR, who posted a simple, yet effective solution, my problem was resolved.
